Job description for HR Intern at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Job Description :
- Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates on a timely basis through developing and executing recruiting plans.
- Guide the new join on the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee administration (employment contracts, attendance, payroll, BPJS, etc.).
- Handle attendance, prepare and review monthly attendance.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information, preparing monthly payroll data according to the payroll deadline.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules or regulations and addressing employee grievances.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Psycholog
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as HR Officer
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods and development process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, IF, Pivot etc)
- Well-organized, attention to details, fast learner
- Candidates based in Semarang
