HR Internship

Tugasnya:

1. Membantu administrasi rekrutmen (filter CV, screening, jadwal interview).

2. Mengelola data karyawan dan dokumen HR.

3. Membantu kegiatan onboarding karyawan baru.

4. Membantu tugas-tugas umum departemen HR.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pria/Wanita

2. Usia 20-23 tahun

3. S1 Jurusan Psikologi/Manajemen SDM, Hukum, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait lainnya.

4. Pengalaman magang sebelumnya di bidang HR adalah nilai tambah.

5. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan Google Workspace. Pengetahuan HRIS (Sistem Informasi SDM) menjadi nilai tambah.
