Job description for HR Intern (for MCM) at PT Merah Cipta Media (MCM Group)
Detail Program/ Job Descripon:
- Support periodical HR administrative tasks such as employee documentation, record keeping, and data entry.
- Help in preparing HR-related reports, leers, and presentations as needed
- Assist in KPI & organizational development (OD) projects.
- Collaborate on Marketing Strategy for HR on MCM Business
- Supporting in the recruitment process, including Screening, scheduling interviews and managing candidates
Specification Requirement :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Psychology
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ms Visio, Canva.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, practices, and principles.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Business Process Mapping Scope
