Job description for HR Industrial Relation Staff at PT. Global Bintang Timur Ekspress (J&T Express Jakarta)

Requirements:

  • Age maximal 30 years old
  • Education Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Law
  • Proficient in HR Industrial Relation with Government (DISNAKER)
  • Having experiences in problem solving, analyze information and evaluate results to select the best solution and solve employment problems in accordance with applicable Company Regulations and Labour Regulations ( UU 13 tahun 2003 & PP 35 Tahun 2021)
  • Having experiences as Mediator and Facilitator between employee and management. (Bipartit, Tripartit, PP, dll)
  • Having experiences attending Industrial Relations Court (PHI)
  • Able to work under tight deadline
  • At Least 2 year of working experience in the related field
  • Honest, Meticulous, Loyal & Responsive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Willing to work in North Jakarta & can join immediately
