JOB DESCRIPTION
Ira Infinity is looking for a Province HR In-Charge to build and manage the Sales Agent recruitment team within an assigned Indonesian province.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard 100 Sales Agents within the assigned province.
- Target approximately 3–5 successful recruitments per day through social media, leads, referrals and local recruitment networks.
- Ensure recruited Sales Agents become active and productive.
- Recruit 2 Team Leaders, each responsible for managing approximately 50 Sales Agents.
- Monitor daily recruitment and team activity.
- Submit daily/weekly recruitment and performance reports.
- Support and motivate Sales Agents and Team Leaders to achieve targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, sales recruitment or team management preferred.
- Strong social-media recruitment and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage people remotely.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local province and recruitment network.
- Able to achieve strict daily and monthly targets.
- Professional English language skills for communication
