Job description for HR GENERALIST at Panorama Destination
We are a growing company in the travel & tourism industry looking for an HR Generalist (Staff) to join our team. This role will primarily focus on HR operations and administration, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee administration (employee data, contracts, letters, and documentation)
- Handle payroll support and BPJS administration
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Ensure accuracy and organization of HR data and records
- Provide general support for day-to-day HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of HR administration and payroll processes
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong administrative skills
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
