Job description for HR Generalist at MGS Indonesia
We are looking for an HR Generalist who is skilled in handling end-to-end HR operations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute the full HR cycle, including HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
2. Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle HR documentation effectively.
3. Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and challenges.
4. Supervise and oversee General Affairs to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Human Resources role, with proven experience managing end-to-end HR processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Experience in supervising General Affairs is a plus.
