We’re Hiring: HR Generalist (Tech Company)
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can handle both HR functions and general affairs, especially in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with users & management)
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and job platforms (e.g., Glints)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate tracking
HR Operations
- Manage employee administration (leave, attendance, reimbursements)
- Operate HRIS (Talenta) for attendance, payroll support, and employee data updates
- Support performance review processes and follow up with managers
- Maintain employee records and documentation
General Affairs
- Manage office operational needs (assets, internet, office supplies, etc.)
- Monitor petty cash and office expenses
- Coordinate with vendors (Wi-Fi, building management, parking permits, etc.)
- Ensure office facilities run smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferably in tech/startup)
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment
- Proficient in using Talenta HRIS
- Comfortable handling both HR and GA responsibilities
- Used to working under pressure and meeting hiring targets
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented
