ABOUT UT: We’re a creative marketing agency known for our innovative and impactful campaigns. We’re looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is ready to grow and make meaningful contributions in both HR and general affairs functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As an HR Generalist, you will handle key HR responsibilities and provide support in managing general affairs to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace. This role offers a blend of operational tasks and opportunities to contribute to improving employee experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee data, attendance tracking, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and assisting in minor workplace issue resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR systems to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Provide administrative support for general affairs, including managing office supplies, coordinating vendor services, and overseeing facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related fields, ideally in a fast-paced or creative work environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheet, Forms, etc.) and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- A collaborative and approachable team player.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic and creative work culture.
- Open to learning and improving processes to enhance efficiency.
