Job description for HR generalist at PT Mitra Sinergi Telematika
PT Mitra Sinergi Telematika is currently seeking a Human Resource Officer to support our growing organization and strengthen our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and mass hiring
- Monitor employee contract extensions and ensure complete HR documentation
- Prepare employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), addendums, and other HR-related letters
- Maintain accurate employee data, attendance records, and HR documentation
- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to attendance, overtime, incentives, and payroll data (including BPJS administration)
- Assist in performance management processes, including KPI documentation and appraisal cycles
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries
- Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to company growth and IPO readiness
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Secretarial, or Management
- Able to conduct mass recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience using HRIS is an advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills across departments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor, validate, and reconcile data
