Job description for HR Generalist at OSACI

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Manage employee administration, HR documentation, and personnel records
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Coordinate attendance, leave administration, and other HR operational activities
• Work closely with management to support daily HR and business needs
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Experience in the fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
• Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus
