  1. Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including initial screening, interviewing, training, and onboarding of new employees.
  2. HRIS Management: Oversee the HR Information System (Talenta), ensuring accurate records and timely updates of employee data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  3. Industrial Relation : Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering positive relationships between management and employees.
  4. HR Administrative Tasks: Create contracts, letters, offer documentation, and handle the preparation of HR Monthly Reports (Turnover, Employee Pass Probation, Warning Letter Report).
  5. Organizational Development: Create development of the Employee Ranking System, job descriptions, and mapping assessments for promotions and rotations.
  6. Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance evaluation system, tracking staff performance reviews on a monthly basis to foster continuous improvement and development.
  7. SOP Development: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the HR department to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Payroll : Calculate and process payroll, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
