Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management
• Able to implement Indonesian labor law, BPJS, HR policies, Payroll, PPh21, and manage General Affairs functions
• Able to build and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations from the ground up and comfortable working in a fast-growing company with evolving structure
• Able to develop and run KPI and performance management systems
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively across divisions including interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Familiar with HRIS or HR-related software/systems
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry is a plus
