Job description for HR Generalist at PT Bantu Business Service
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management or any related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or General Affairs.
Good communication skills in English will be an advantage.
Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, payroll and HR administration.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
