We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience working in a headhunter or recruitment agency, possesses excellent stakeholder management skills, and has a good understanding of employment regulations and legal documentation. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting HR operations and compliance. Placement in our subsidiary company PT Wyntra Loka Data
Position: HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through various recruitment channels.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employment contracts, employee letters, and other legal-related HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support daily HR operations and employee relations activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Experience in a headhunter or recruitment agency is preferred.
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR legal documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
