Job description for HR Generalist at LSP Daimaru
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR-related systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
