Job description for HR Generalist at PT. Intan Safety Glass
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, encompassing recruitment, payroll management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Work closely with line managers and employees to propose and implement HR strategies that align effectively with business objectives.
- Provide HR business partnering support to managers, covering recruitment, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and address employee disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Foster positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, establishing collaborative partnerships with governments supporting the organization.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, manage Compensation & Benefit administration, and drive enhancements in HR processes.
- Lead change management initiatives and communication efforts during significant structural or leadership changes, new HR projects, or initiatives.
- Handle employees' HR queries and efficiently manage other HR-related matters.
- Ensure strict adherence to local employment laws and regulations, maintaining data integrity standards.
- Support various HR activities and projects, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
- Undertake responsibilities for office administrative support duties.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or a related field of study.
- Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, covering HR operations, payroll and benefits management, recruitment, and employee relations and engagement.
- Possess a strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations issues.
- Proficient in Google Suites.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess solid problem-solving abilities and a background in thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
