Job description for HR GENERALIST at PT Aletra Cars Indonesia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
- Familiarity with labor law and best practices in conflict resolution and industrial relations.
- Proficient in HR system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances, mediating conflicts, and advising management on best practices in conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee the employee attendance system, ensure accurate timekeeping records, and address any attendance discrepancies.
- Monitor employee leave balances and manage time-off requests in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts.
- Ensure that HR policies are communicated and implemented consistently across the organization.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and advise management on necessary updates to company policies.
