Qualifications :
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role with a solid grasp of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset: Strong focus on maintaining and upholding performance standards; able to make tough decisions to support business objectives.
- Adaptable: Understands the need for flexibility in a growing business environment and is capable of navigating HR challenges that balance company and employee expectations.
- Thirst for Learning: Motivated to improve HR skills, especially in data analytics, HR system building, and data-driven decision-making.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to earn respect while maintaining approachability.
- Organizational Awareness: Sound understanding of company hierarchy, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing employee support.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Act as the "goalkeeper" by overseeing that all employees consistently meet the company’s performance standards. Collaborate with management to address performance gaps and make recommendations on retaining or releasing employees based on performance evaluations.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance assessments, and compliance.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment and selection efforts to attract high-performing talent aligned with our business goals.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Foster a respectful, productive workplace culture and provide guidance to employees, ensuring a balance between employee well-being and business needs.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and communicate HR policies, balancing business objectives with compliance requirements.
- Data-Driven HR: Track and analyze HR metrics to offer insights and drive performance improvements.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to help employees grow and meet company standards.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Serve as a resource for employees in conflict resolution and problem-solving with empathy and professionalism.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement ways to improve HR processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
