Job Description
CUiT is looking for a mid-level HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end human resources processes. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure people operations run smoothly, compliantly, and align with business needs in a fast-paced startup/tech environment.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee administration including employee data, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in HRIS
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with internal teams or external vendors
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
- Organize and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
Employee Relations & Performance
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and management
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Manage offboarding and exit processes
Policy, Compliance & HR Improvement
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives
Requrements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic startup/tech environment
- High integrity and able to handle confidential information
