Position Summary:
HR Generalist is involved in the evaluation, development & implementation of the entire Human Resource Business Process. The focus is creating an efficient operational workflow - and enabling our department to focus on developing individuals.
Performance Objectives:
Main Objective: improve the administration business process in the HR department. The primary objective during the first year is to review, evaluate and improve the existing business process in HR. This requires strategically re-create hiring process, objectify performance review & appraisal, revamping the performance management side, and reducing the cycle time for each HR process
Sub Objective:
- Implement payroll software - and improve payroll calculation by 50%
- Reduce candidate lead time by 30%
- Standardize HR business process
- Improve data collection and calculation for standard competency of every employee by by 50%
- Introduce training & development tracker - and improve the data collection & implementation of training plan to 15% of the population
- Implement Learning Management Software to ease induction - increase satisfaction in recruitment by 15%
Management & organizational issues
- Maintain performance review & contract renewal adherence at 100%
- Maintain promotion/mutation & demotion implementation at 100%
- Identify productivity-to-cost ROI for employee
Changes & Improvement Needed
- Improve the performance review system to a leaner and more accurate system
- Create productivity-to-cost ROI controlling system for employee
- Improve the management & implementation of training
- Objectify manpower planning & standard competency calculation
Problems to be solved: Workload of administrative operational procedures took too long to conduct a more direct & hands-on development support of employees. Reduce lead time of administrative procedure by 30%
Technical Objectives: Learn to use Learning Management Software, Human Resource Database Management, Google Form Database management, Intermediary excel formula (vlookup, xyzif function, Pivot table creation), Google Data Studio for KPI reporting.
Team & People Issues:
- Foster a culture of efficiency & urgency in HR department
- Implement Quality Control Circle in HR department & the culture of continuous improvement
- With production department, develop the management of underperforming & overperforming individual based on standard competency & KPI
- Long-range, creative, or strategic issues: Implement global HR good-case practises in the company
