What You Will Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Manage payroll and employee benefits
• Maintain employee records, including contracts, agreements, and other documents
• Identify employee training needs and design development programs
• Develop and implement HR policies such as annual leave, disciplinary procedures and company regulations
• Supports management by providing human resource advices for decision making process
• Oversee and manage office maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR especially in a generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR and GA functions
• Proficient in using Talenta
• Willing to do hybrid working in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
