Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee selection.
- Handle employee administration and maintain HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, permission, and overtime records.
- Prepare onboarding, employment contracts, and employee documents.
- Support payroll and BPJS administration.
- Handle HR-related employee needs and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Support performance evaluations and HR policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/HR Generalist.
- Good understanding of recruitment, HR administration, payroll, BPJS, and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
