  • Minimal pendidikan S1 Psikologi/Hukum/Management
  • Minimal pengalaman 2-4 tahun sebagai HRGA
  • Memiliki pengalaman HRGA Di bidang FnB/Retail
  • Terbiasa dan memahami tools HR Software (HRIS)
  • Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan (UU TK) dan kebijakan SDM yang berlaku
  • Mampu mengelola administrasi HR dan legal ketenagakerjaan
  • Memiliki penguasaan terhadap performance management
  • Teliti, komunikatif, bertanggungjawab dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
