NAM Leather is looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, recruitment, and people development.
Job Description
- Manage daily HR administration and employee records.
- Handle recruitment and candidate screening processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Assist in performance evaluation and employee development programs.
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
- Handle employee concerns and support a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR-related projects.
Job Qualification
- Minimum SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR administration and recruitment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
