Key Responsibilities :

Mengelola administrasi HR dengan rapi & akurat
Mendukung program training & development
Membantu pelaksanaan performance review
Menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara manajemen & karyawan
Mendukung program engagement & internal culture activity

Qualifications :

S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM
Min. 1 tahun pengalaman HR
Teliti, sistematis, dan memiliki empati tinggi
Memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan dasar
