Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the recruitment process by using variation recruitment channels, validating profiles, and conducting interviews.
- Helping to develop Job description, policies, company rules, procedure/regulations, and other strategies.
- Maintain and oversees all HR functions: recruitment, industrial relations, Performance management, and day-to-day activity of HR Operational, leave balance record, maintaining updated personal files, employees database, attendance records, overtime calculation, and employee relations.
- Prepare and handle payroll, BPJS TK & Kes, and private insurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR
- Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position.
- Good communication skills, negotiation, interview, and psychological tests.
- Strong understanding Labor Regulations and UU cipta kerja.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Counselling & Mentoring Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
