Job Description :
- Supporting and Initiative to develop HR Process Document & SOP (End-to-End Journey)
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
- Supporting and initiative to create structured workflows for each stage of the employee lifecycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation period, performance review, transfer/promotion, through to the exit process)
- Build a learning culture through internal classes, sharing sessions, and leadership programs.
- Prepare and manage administrative documents: employment contracts, employment verification letters, warning letters, etc
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Initiate internal programs (townhalls, appreciation initiatives, culture campaigns).
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering). (seasonal)
- Processing interview to get candidate with focus on cultural fit and competency alignment (seasonal)
- Develop and strengthen Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 1 years of experience in HR (preferably in development & engagement focus)
- Strong understanding of performance management and competency frameworks
- Initiative, Proactive and self-driven
- Passionate about developing people and company system (not just handling administration)
- High empathy and strong people orientation
- Able to bridge management and employees effectively
- Creative in designing engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willing for learning to growth
