In this role, you will play a key part in championing our agency culture from managing recruitment pipelines and onboarding new talent to keeping internal employee operations running seamlessly.
Job Description
- Manage the hiring pipeline for open roles, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities, agency events, and initiatives that keep our creative culture thriving.
- Give our newbies a warm welcome by coordinating their first-day logistics and setting up their onboarding schedules.
- Own the monthly absence and attendance counting process. You will track leaves, vacations, and sick days, ensuring data is perfectly organized and ready for payroll processing.
- Maintain digital employee records, update internal databases, and ensure compliance with agency policies.
Requirements
- Location: Willing to work from office (WFO) in the Gading Serpong area.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in an HR role (experience in a creative agency, startup, or fast-paced environment is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for accurate monthly absence counting and data management.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
