Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage employee administration & HR documentation
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee database
- Assist performance appraisal & HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies & labor regulations
- Support daily HR operational activities
- Collaborate with internal departments regarding HR matters
Requirements:
- S1 Psychology / Human Resources / Management / related field
- Minimum 1–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai HR Generalist atau posisi terkait
- Familiar dengan recruitment & HR administration process
- Memahami labor law & HR practices
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, dan able to multitask
- Proficient in Google Workspace
Nice to Have:
- Experience using HRIS
- Experience handling mass recruitment
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in tech/digital industry
