Job description for HR Generalist at NIMO Land Group
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes: from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, to onboarding.
• Able to develop hiring strategies for both operational and managerial positions.
• Familiar with using online job portals and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Communicative, persuasive, and capable of conducting effective interviews.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify manpower needs for each resort division.
• Create and manage job postings across various platforms (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and coordinate with department users for further selection.
• Maintain and grow the talent pool and candidate database.
• Handle the onboarding process for new hires up to contract signing.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure candidate quality meets the requirements.
• Monitor probation periods and provide initial performance evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting for roles such as housekeeping, F&B service, front office, chefs, and resort technicians.
• Possess a strong network within the hospitality industry.
