Job description for HR Generalist at PT. Millenio Amerta Data (AssistX Enterprise)
Resposibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Handle end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Relations – Support employee engagement, address workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance & Legal – Ensure company compliance with labor laws, maintain employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and manage HR legal documentation.
- Payroll & Benefits – Administer monthly payroll, manage BPJS, and oversee employee benefits accurately.
- Training & Development – Coordinate employee training and development programs based on organizational needs.
- HR Administration – Maintain HR records, update databases, and prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR or Legal Staff or in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, BPJS systems, and general HR policies.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized in administration, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working in the IT or technology industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred.
