Job description for HR Generalist - Yogyakarta at Indofun Digital Technology

Job Description

The Human Capital Staff will act as an HR Generalist responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations while partnering with the Branch Manager to build a strong, healthy, and productive people & culture environment.

Key responsibilities :

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, onboarding)
  2. Handle HR generalist functions (employee administration, contracts, attendance, HR database)
  3. Maintain accurate and well-organized HR documentation
  4. Support the development of people & culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
  5. Manage employee relations and act as a liaison between management and employees
  6. Handle petty cash including tracking, reporting, and accountability
  7. Manage company asset inventory (tracking, allocation, and monitoring)
  8. Coordinate asset maintenance (regular checks, repairs, and replacements)
  9. Support general office operations (general affairs)
  10. Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  2. Female (priority)
  3. Minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist
  4. Strong capability in end-to-end recruitment
  5. Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law
  6. Strong administrative and organizational skills
  7. Experience in asset management or general affairs is a plus
  8. High integrity, especially in handling employee data and petty cash
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Mentally resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
  11. Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
  12. Able to work independently and in a team
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  14. Experience in gaming, startup, or digital industry is a plus
