Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in psychology;
- Preferably candidate who has experience as HR Generalist in Retail Company Min 2 years.
- Familiar with end-to-end psychological assessment.
- Having capability to teach and wealth desire to share knowledge to others.
- Having good capability to design and implement performance management.
- Goods in interview, presentation skill, Patient, communicative, flexible and good interpersonal skill.
- Having great analytical skill and observational skill.
- Willing to work mobile and easy going, able to work less supervision and under pressure.
- Good in numbers, consistent in deadline.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
Job Description :
- Conduct the whole recruitment process and taking the initiative to find the new ways to achieve recruitment targets.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, psychological test and interpretation, selection & promotion process.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Update and review contract employees.
- Act and assist as an HR Generalist with his/her duties (ad-Hoc, administrative; Such as health insurance registration, Preparing job offers, write letters or memo and others.).
- Monitoring, recording, and managing employee attendance and leave.
- Assisting Supervisor in managing performance evaluations, coaching, development, and training to enhance employee productivity and competence.
