Job description for HR Generalist Spv at PT Muara Juara Kreasi Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce planning and headcount management across all departments to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Oversee manpower planning, employee movement, job rotations, and organizational workforce allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including employment contract administration, contract compliance monitoring, and workforce retention initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, including performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, employee welfare, overtime administration, and remuneration programs in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Establish, evaluate, and continuously improve HR systems, policies, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of HR Generalist Spv experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
- Familiar with HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
