Job description for HR Generalist Intern at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia

Job Description:

- Assist in creating Activity Log Book documentation for freelance vendors and interns.

- Assist in calculating working days data for interns and freelance employees based on their work periods.

- Manage and ensure the completeness of new employees’ personal files, including all required administrative documents according to company standards.

- Support the performance evaluation process and manage related documents to align with assessment requirements.

- Handle HR document filing and support other HR projects or events.

Requirements:

- Currently a student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field

- Interested in and have a basic understanding of data processing and filing management.

- Familiar with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office, with basic English writing skills

- Have a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset

- Willing to commit to a 4-month internship

- Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, South Tangerang
