About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, resilient, and hands-on HR professional to help lead our people
operations during an exciting phase of growth. This is not just an administrative role as you will be as
involved as much as your capability and willingness to grow allow. You will transition our company
from manual processes to a structured, legally compliant, and performance-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, finalize, and register the Peraturan Perusahaan (Company Regulation) with the local Dinas
Ketenagakerjaan.
2. Ensure all company policies are updated according to UU Cipta Kerja and latest labor regulations.
3. Manage annual BPJS compliance and certification (Piagam BPJS).
4. Build and implement the Struktur dan Skala Upah (Wage Structure & Scale).
5. Streamline payroll administration, including the calculation of weekly/monthly allowances and PPh
21, ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time disbursement.
6. Draft clear Job Descriptions for all departments.
7. Design and implement a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework to track and reward employee
performance.
8. Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and organize relevant development
programs.
9. Act as the primary bridge between management and employees, professionally resolving
grievances and salary-related inquiries.
10. Create standard SOPs for HR processes (Leave, Overtime, Recruitment, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
. >3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or an SME (Small Medium Enterprise)
environment where you had to build systems from scratch.
. Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU No. 13/2003, PP 35/2021, PP 36/2021).
. Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas) for payroll and data tracking. Familiarity with HRIS
software (e.g., Talenta/Gadjian) is a plus.
. Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Management.
. Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and organizational abilities
