We're Hiring: HR Generalist | Denpasar, Bali 🌴
Are you an HR professional with a passion for the food & beverage industry?
We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar and support our people, from hiring to daily employee relations.
What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for F&B outlet and operational teams
- Handle employee administration, attendance, payroll support, and BPJS
- Maintain employee relations and support a positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in F&B / hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Based in Bali
