Job description for HR General (F&B) at Expat.Roasters Surabaya
HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage the HR operations, including employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate benefits administration, attendance, and payroll management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industry standards
Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the HR team to support performance management processes, including appraisals and improvement plans
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes
Support and Collaboration:
- Partner with department managers to ensure HR operations meet the needs of various teams
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs
- Hiring for manpower needs in all Outlet Area Surabaya and provide administrative support for recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
Qualification:
- Strong in English skills, both written and spoken is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agile and adaptive person.
- Excellent accountable and responsible attitude.
- A polite and engaging personality.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Currently based in Surabaya is preferred & willing to be place in all Surabaya Area
- Experienced in F&B Corporate is preferred.
