Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team in the following role:
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- BPJS Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting for BPJS compliance.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor HR interns to support their development within the department.
- Payroll Administration: Accurately calculate monthly payroll using Excel, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Employee Compliance: Monitor and ensure that employees adhere to company rules, regulations, and policies.
- General Affairs (GA): Handle petty cash reporting and procurement of company resources, Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance and related services, Supervise and manage office staff, including 2 office boys, Oversee company assets and ensure their proper usage and maintenance.
- Employee Event Planning & Execution: Plan and organize company events to foster a positive working environment and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Must Fluent in English. (CVs in Bahasa Indonesia will not be considered.)
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as an HRGA Coordinator, Senior-level HR professional, or Supervisor in an agency setting will be an advantage.
- Experience working with Chinese clientele or teams is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously (5+ roles at a time).
- Networking & General Affairs Expertise: A strong network of contacts for general affair-related needs is highly desirable.
