Job description for HR GA Specialist at PT Lonae Konstruksi Teknologi
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management :
a. Manage recruitment and onboarding of local employees .
b. Handle employment contracts in accordance with Indonesian Labor Law Process payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21.
c. Manage IMTA & KITAS for expatriate employees.
d. Develop attendance and performance evaluation systems .
e. Handle employee relations and industrial issues .
2. General Affairs & Licensing:
a. Manage company assets and office/site procurement .
b. Handle business licenses, tax registration, and construction permits .
c. Provide administrative support for expatriate employees .
3. Compliance & Coordination :
a. Ensure full compliance with labor, tax, and construction safety regulations .
b. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes Liaise with relevant government authorities .
Requirements Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience (construction industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law & construction regulations .
- Experienced in BPJS, PPh 21, IMTA & KITAS processing .
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Mandarin is a plus).
