• The HR GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource functions within the organization.
• Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes, developing and implementing performance management systems, maintaining HRIS database, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• The role also involves designing and executing employee development programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, and collaborating with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Additionally, the manager will provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and training initiatives to support continuous improvement across the organization.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting, is required.
• Strong skills in People Development, HR Administration, HRIS Database Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Human Resource Development (HRD) are essential.
