HR & GA Manager
Placement: Bali (Candidates domiciled in Bali will be prioritized)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Previous experience in the construction, property, engineering, or infrastructure industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
- Experienced in managing General Affairs functions, including office and project site administration, facilities management, company assets, accommodation, transportation, vendor management, and operational support.
- Familiar with manpower planning and workforce management for construction projects.
- Able to coordinate with project teams and support multiple project sites.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Willing to be based in Bali and travel to project sites when required.
- Candidates domiciled in Bali will be prioritized.
