Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and workforce initiatives aligned with business and Group HR objectives.
- Lead overall HR operations, including recruitment and selection, HR systems, employee engagement, personnel administration, employee data management, and industrial relations.
- Manage and develop a sizeable HR team to ensure effective service delivery, capability building, and clear functional accountability.
- Build strong relationships with employees, management, government institutions, labor unions, BPJS, healthcare providers, educational institutions, banking partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor HR programs, documentation, reporting, and employee data to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations.
- Manage employee and industrial relations matters, including labor compliance, collective labor agreements, and workplace-related issues.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor regulations, company policies, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant quality and environmental standards.
- Support organizational and HR development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior management and other functions to identify people-related issues and provide practical HR solutions.
- Foster a collaborative, productive, compliant, and employee-focused working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or a large-scale operational environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, industrial relations, HR policies, HR management systems, and employee administration.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operations and leading sizeable teams.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance-related HR processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, collaborate across functions, and develop team capabilities.
- Comfortable handling complex employee relations and HR operational matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
- Good English communication skills. Mandarin or Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications such as HRBP, CPHRM, supervisory training, leadership training, or other recognized HR certifications are preferred.
- Experience with HR development projects, occupational health and safety, quality, environmental, and workplace compliance standards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of global customer or labor compliance standards, including Nike Labor or LCS requirements, is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies, labor unions, BPJS, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and other external partners is an advantage.
