Job description for HR Executive at ThunderQuote
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all HR records.
- Document, and file the employment files and record of both full-time and contractual employees.
- Fulfil all vacancies for hiring positions and processes (Recruitment task such as job postings, job vacancy engagements, candidate pre-interview follow-ups)
- Coordinate with campus recruiters under employer branding and Internship hiring
- Coordinating company events such as team building and company events
- Work together in handling the logistic and execution processes for employee's internal training & development
- Work on the pre-employment preparation and employee onboarding process.
- Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
- At least 1-3 years of HR-related or recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, including being adaptable to work with a variety of personalities.
- Resourceful, proactive, organised, attentive to details.
- Possessed employer branding skills and activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you need to connect with various departments in the organization.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva works too!)
