Job description for HR Executive at Pt Quanta Land Indonesia

We are looking for an hands-on HR Executive who can run payroll and hire staff independently. If you only do filing or admin - this role is not for you.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

- Process monthly payroll end-to-end

- Handle BPJS, attendance, leave and overtime

- Use HRIS/payroll software (GAJIAN preferred)

- Recruit, issue offer letters and contracts (PKWT/PKWTT)

- Track probation and performance evaluations

- Work accurately with Excel

MUST KNOW SOFTWARE

- GAJIAN/HRIS/Payroll system

- Microsoft Excel (payroll & reconciliation)

- MS Word / Google Docs

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business.

- 2 - 3 years HR experience (payroll is mandatory)

- Familiar with THR, BPJS, probation

- Detail oriented, firm, DEADLINE driven

- Basic English communication is compulsory
