Job description for HR Executive at Havas Group Indonesia
- End to end recruitment process: job req, sourcing, selection, onboarding-offboarding
- HR operations services: information system (Workday and Talenta), employee database, Performance and training, industrial relations, policies, and communication
- Assist Head of HR in Employee engagement and culture management. Foster a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
- Maintain strong relationship with employees and other key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology, Human Resource or law
- Professional experience as Human Resource min. 1-3 years, marketing & advertising industry is preferred
- Fluent in English, good communicator, problem solver, positive vibes
- Able to multitask and great in time management
- excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (understand Talenta and Workday is preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- fast learner and eager to learn something new
- Can join ASAP is a big plus
