Currently Geo Tekno offers various solutions such as: Vessel Monitoring, Fuel Monitoring, RPM & Engine Hour Monitoring, Container Monitoring, Port Monitoring, and more.
Currently, our company holding has over 50+ members in tech sectors as of 2024, and ~400 members in marine sectors including field operators and vessel managements.
OPEN RECRUITMENT: HR Executive
Job Description :
- Manage job postings, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Employee Data & Records: Maintain accurate employee files, process database updates, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Policy & Support: Assist employees and supervisors with questions regarding company policies, benefits, and salary administration.
- Performance & Relations: Support performance review cycles, handle inquiries, and assist with investigations or disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields, with min. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
3. Good analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations.
4. Detail-oriented and diligent in completing tasks.
5. Placement : Head Office Kelapa Gading.
