Job description for HR Executive at Impossible Marketing Pte Ltd
We are looking for a HR Executive who loves numbers as well as anything related to employees’ well beings. In this position, you will be working closely with our sales team to generate contracts and invoices for our clients. You will also be handling the account receivables and payables of the company, as well as supporting our HR functions.

Responsibilities:
- Generating contracts and invoices for our clients
- Monitoring of incoming payment
- Sending payment reminders to our clients
- Assisting with recruitment processes such as arranging and scheduling of interviews
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
- Managing employee records as well as inventory matters
- Answer clients' inquiries via email, live-chat, messages and calls
- Updating company's CRM system
- Administrative work
Requirements:
- STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
- Meticulous nature
- Strong passion in numbers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
- Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
Probation Period:
This position includes a 6 months probationary period to assess mutual compatibility within the job role.
