Job description HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) - 6 months renewal contract C&W Services
- Create a database of diverse talent pools of qualified facility management, building technology and real estates related candidates across a range of skills and experience in line with the profiles required for the business
- Participate in candidate shortlisting, interviewing and selection process
- Coordinate the employment contract preparation and offer/negotiation process and address any queries
- Manage recruitment activities through WorkDay ATS to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Preparation of weekly recruitment report / dashboard
- Any other adhoc recruitment matters
- Good communication skill, fast learner and comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
- Comfortable with high volume hiring environment
- Both a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
